A Fresh Perspective｜Dingle Vodka DD Pot Still｜ Other Products

Dingle Vodka DD Pot Still comes from Dingle Distillery on the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, Ireland, one of the first independent distilleries of Ireland's modern spirits revival. Unusually for vodka, it is distilled in a copper pot still, then distilled multiple times for purity and bottled at 80 proof.Pot-still vodka keeps more character than column-distilled spirit: a clean nose with a subtle sweetness, a smooth, round palate with a whisper of cereal, and a crisp, clear finish. It is excellent ice cold or in a martini, and it makes a superb vodka tonic or Espresso Martini. This 750ml bottle is a craft Irish vodka from the makers of Dingle Gin and Dingle single malt.
