Two James Dr. Bird Coconut Rum｜ Other Products

Most coconut rum is a sugar-soaked disappointment — too sweet, too artificial, and too far removed from anything resembling actual rum. Doctor Bird Coco Atoll is the exception that changes the conversation entirely. Expanding on Two James Spirits' award-winning Doctor Bird Jamaican Rum, Coco Atoll takes the same high-ester pot still Worthy Park distillate that made the original legendary and infuses it with natural coconut — then finishes it in Moscatel sherry casks before bottling at 90 proof and 45% ABV. This is definitely not a rum liqueur or silly flavored rum — it is a rich and flavorful Jamaican pot still rum with a judicious addition of natural coconut flavors, resplendent with roasted coconut, mango, and butterscotch notes. The nose bursts with ripe banana, toasted coconut, and caramelized sugar, while the palate delivers lush butterscotch, tropical fruit, and funky Jamaican rum character balanced by creamy coconut sweetness and subtle oak warmth — the finish smooth, lingering, and gently warming. The coconut never overwhelms the funk — it enhances it. Build a Piña Colada with this and never go back to anything else.
